My item was in stock when I placed this order and now it is showing “out of stock”. What happened?

This occurs when there is a mismatch between our digital stock counter and the actual stock availability of a product. The stock level in our website is constantly updated, but some on rare occasions the number of units available does not match the actual stock of a product in our warehouse.

If you encounter this problem, you are eligible for a full refund or you can wait for the item to be restocked.

My order status is showing “Back Order” what does that mean?

If the status of your order is showing back order, this means that it will most likely be split since some products contained in it are currently out of stock.
